Yes, it can be firmly attached to mortar surfaces using construction-grade double-sided tape for rough surfaces. Please check the installation instructions included in your order confirmation email before proceeding.

How to Use the Strong Double-Sided Adhesive Tape:

1. Clean the Surface: Wipe off any dirt, moisture, or oil from the surface and let it dry completely. (Note: For exterior walls, the surface may have fine dust or sand that can hinder adhesion, so be sure to "wipe with water.")

2. Apply the Tape: With the tape already attached to the back of the nameplate, evenly apply the tape to the back. For square nameplates, apply the tape vertically.

3. Attach the ROOM SIGN: Peel off the release paper, place the sign on the desired location, and press firmly for about 30 seconds.

4. Allow for Full Adhesion: It takes about one day to reach the tape's maximum adhesive strength. Avoid applying strong force to the tape for several hours after installation.

**We include both double-sided tape and adhesive only for relatively heavy stones such as Black slate and Thasos crystal.

How to Open the Adhesive Tube:

Ⅰ. Remove the cap and nozzle set, and take out the yellow stopper.

Ⅱ. Attach the cap and nozzle securely, then attach them to the tube body while twisting.

Please use the adhesive by applying dots as shown in the diagram.
